This is a type of legacy for players who went through a much more difficult and slower grind to get to P3, a small thank you for sticking with it during that time.
I have characters that have not been given that SMALL THANK YOU.
For example, my Doctor, Michael and Bubba were prestige 3 before v6.0.0.
After v8.2.0, I logged in for a long time and the doctor and Michael were not given red portraits.
On the other hand, bubba has been granted red portraits and he is happy.But I love the Doctor, Michael, and of course all the other killers who were in Prestige 3. I would like to give them red portraits as well.

If I send you my user ID or cloud ID, can you investigate? If you have a play log from before v6.0.0, you can confirm that the red portraits were not given to characters who reached prestige 3 before v6.0.0.

I have already contacted the support center but the status remains open and no response for about a week. -

Yes, some characters who were prestige 3 before v6.0.0 are getting red portraits and some are not. Characters who have acquired the red portrait are assigned a prestige of 9, while those who have not are assigned a prestige of 6-8.
>As you cannot get the red portraits after that point if you then choose to prestige the characters?
I raised a character whose prestige was 8 to prestige 9, but the red portrait was not granted. -
Portraits are applied and some characters have red backgrounds.
