  -Platform: Steam -Description of the Issue: If you are shocked by doctors "Carter's Spark" while unhooking you become unable to flee or run away from the hook -Step to Reproduce (If Possible): get shocked by a doctor in the middle of unhooking --How often does this occur: every time this is attempted Note: I found this while playing a normal match of doctor, some of the survivors came to tell
