  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Went down a grade after disconnecting from a match. PLATFORM: Xbox STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I loaded into a match, had to disconnect, & lost an entire grade for disconnecting VIDEO: N/A PLAYER LOGS: Player logs are required from PC players only.
