  Got a 4K with doctor, Merciless, 3 Unique Doctor perks, M&A, overcharge and overwhelming presence, all sacrifices, no bleed outs or even moris, happened some time back now on another killer but that killer has since been completed. please fix this as this was a hard achievement for me to have to get Xbox Series X, GT: TTVBFox001
