  Hello, what should I do if I got blocked because of a game bug? Everything happened on May 11, I'm still waiting for an answer from support. In the game, my character couldn't jump over the window, but the sound and animation happened. As I understand it, a maniac complained about it. After two games, I was banned for 10 years.
