  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: 
 A totem (likely a Dull or Hex Totem) appeared that could not be destroyed by survivors. This occurred in the presence of a killer using perks such as "Devour Hope" (貪られる希望), and survivors may have "Unbreakable" (不死) equipped. It may be a terrain glitch, as the totem was embedded in the ground at a specific location. Other survivors in the match also tried to destroy it
