  So, I've contacted behavior support and nintendo support. I'm hoping this will be seen by someone that can help. Nintendo has strict age limitations for purchases through the console. Regardless of parental approval an underage account can not access mature content. The question is as a parent, I chose to allow my son to play the game, up to this point i've been able to purchase DLC for the game
