  After the latest bug hot fix i haven't been able to play the game because of this. when i start the game I cant even get past the new screen because my cursor wont reach it, my mouse cant reach 30% of the right side of the screen. I've verified files, changed res, checked desktop scale and is 100%, reinstalled, launched in windowed, restarted PC, nothing works. here is a clip https://imgur.
