  Platform: PC Description: The visuals of either the Entity or the perks "Bamboozle" and "Cruel Limits" blocking a window are invisible. You DO hear the sound of the window getting blocked but you DON'T see the visuals of it being blocked. Steps to reproduce: As survivor when in a chase, vault the same window 3 times.   Platform: PC Description: Head-on deactivates upon allies getting grabbed out of a locker. Reproduce: Equip head-on, start a match, get into a locker and wait for head-on to become active, get the killer to grab any other survivor out of any locker on the map and watch how the perk deactivates when they get grabbed. The ONLY way to reactivate head-on is to re-enter the locker. Frequency: Ever
