  I've seen a lot of tier lists being made, often times based on the opinion of just one person. So I've thought maybe we could make a tier list together as a community. This way we'll be able to get thoughts and opinions from as much people as possible. Hopefully lower and higher skilled players will be able to give their input.   Title's self-explanatory. Basically, we'll all rate the perks. The goal of the tier list is less to be as "accurate or objective" as possible, but more to gauge the community's views and opinions on the different perks available. Certain perks may be seen as garbage by one group, but may be more viable by others. Hopefully we'll be able to get input from higher and lower ranking players alike. Th
