  What is it lately with all the TTVs in lobbies being the most toxic people imaginable? It doesn't matter whether they win or lose, they'll post all kinds of horrible things in the post game chat. Then, if you go to their streams, you'll see them saying just as bad or worse things about you the whole time. Do they think this makes anyone want to watch their streams? Is there a better way to report

• Do levels reset when the new system goes live?

  If I have a character at no prestige, level 50, and with 121 perks unlocked, will they be prestige 2 level 50 after the new system goes live?
