  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: when playing deathslinger, on some successful hits (around 25% of the time) the spear automatically releases from the survivor and prompts the survivor to throw their hands up as if the spear was manually released PLATFORM: switch STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: aim the gun at survivors and successfully hit them, then watch it happen.
