• Has anyone else had problems with the Dead By Daylight Merch Shop?

  I placed an order through DBD's online merch store on April 24th, and ordered two items. My hoodie showed up but another item I ordered, a face mask, never came. I have been waiting for replies on customer support tickets for over three weeks. I can't seem to get in contact with anyone about the fact there was a problem with my order.
