  My rank hasn't been moving at all and at first I'm like yeah okay I'm a crappy Player but I've been getting really good at playing to the point where I win almost every match now so shouldn't my rank be lowered? The lowest it's ever gotten was to 16 it went to 15 for a few seconds but went directly back to 16. A friend of mine is now a lower level than me even though he dies every match so is the
