• Xbox- NOED not working at all

  I was playing a game as Spirit and the survivors managed to complete all 5 gens, and opened an exit gate. I found a survivor cleansing a dull totem and hit them but they didn't go down and instead entered the injured state. I checked and saw I had two active totems which makes sense as I was only running two hex perks (NOED and haunted grounds) I was also running rancor and thanatophobia if that
