  in some matches, my game frozes for about 3 seconds or more and then I just disconnect from the match. In the chat hapears a message saying match server unavailable (or something like that), I don't get bloodpoints, I don't get xp, I usually don't lose rank and I get the archive. However, when I come back to the lobby, I get a temporary ban from matchmaking for disconnecting from a match, is this
