• Periodically cannot hook survivors.

  After logging into a match on the PS4 and downing a survivor there are random times where I am in front of the hook and after pressing R1 it will fill the hook meter about 1cm then stop the action. There is no other survivors around (Aka no one is blocking the hook).   I know with each chapter (usually) there are new perks for both the survivors and the killers, but usually the perks are okay at best and they do not really change how the survivors play the game.   When I started playing hardly any of the survivors started together unless they used a shroud. Even when they did with out a shroud it was usually only two survivors. Now a days it seems every match, with or without a shroud all four of the survivors start together, and half the time the killer starts two steps away from them.   Do not touch generators, if you see a totem that is lit leave it alone, in that matter leave unlit totems alone (so that Noed can activate) explore the entire map before anything else, finally stand under a hook so the killer can find you and hook you.
