  He gets no penalty for just switching stances mid-chase. the fact that you can't throw down a pallet or vault while getting shocked and 2-3 seconds after getting shocked is outrageous. Possible nerfs could be, a penalty after switching stances (like nurse). removing the fact that you can't throw down pallets or vault during the shock animation and after that. Madness 2 can decay into Madness 1
