  So I've played the game for quite a while, but since the new freddy came out and new builds are coming forth, I saw a build that made me wonder something. Just some perk mechanic clarification, is all. Basically, PGTW at T3 hits for 25%. And Overcharge introduces a skill check that, when missed, slaps on an additional 5% at T3. Question is, does Overcharge mean that if you miss the OC skill chec
