• Can I use Auric Cells purchased from the Microsoft store to use on my Epic Games DBD account?

Auric Cells are a bit cheaper on the Windows store but I play DBD via the Epic Games launcher. Can Auric Cells be used universally across different platforms or do I have to purchase from the Epic Games store? Thanks!
