  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I've played multiple times with the Doctor and got all 4 survivors to level 3 madness multiple different games, but the quest in the first page of the 2nd book doesn't seem to complete anyhow. PLATFORM: STEAM-PC STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Take the quest bottom-left for the doctor madness level 1 and try to complete it.
