  Not sure exactly where to put this on the forum. I wanted to try and submit a ticket but I can't because the support.deadbydaylight.com website is basically broken and doesn't work due to "eternalcrusade.zendesk.com refused to connect." How am I supposed to contact deadbydaylight support? It feels a lot like the cries for help and support for bugs is falling upon deaf ears and we continue to

• constant freezing/DCing from the game

  Platform: PC Description: Whenever I load into a game, the FIRST action I take seems to make the game freeze completely and I "escape" the game. Steps to Reproduce: It happens to me every game for the past 5 games now. I'll let you know if it ever stops. Currently not able to keep testing different things since I'm now penalized for this bug and have my matchmaking locked for 30 minutes. How
