• Why Quentin instead of Nancy Thompson

  So my questions is although they didn’t put Nancy for reasons and put Quentin they had many other options for character in the original a nightmare on elm street like John her dad or even Alice who knows but they chose someone from the remake which in my opinion isn’t even the real Freddy Krueger films ?? I just am a bit disappointed it was my first time watching all the nightmare on elm street f
