  You cannot access the whole loadout menu because perks and items are not fit for this modifier but at least burning bloodpoint offerings would be good. Since it is possible to disable perks and items/addons (and also offerings) in custom games. Also disabling certain offering types such as map offerings was used in the map showcase queues so it would not be that difficult to limit more types (luc
