  Perks should be released periodically then we could get good perks like more exhaustion perks or things that could change people who use the same builds over and over.the game would blow up and like not so perks have to be good just some stuff that could be used for content. Having a perk release every new chapter is a horrible way to spend time playing a game thats just either gonna get worse o
