Hey guys! I started playing DBD when it was made free by Epic in 2021 (I think) and since then I've been using the same account that was linked by Epic, but recently I opened the game and noticed that all my characters disappeared, as well as the add-ons and my in-game nickname changed, but I didn't do anything.
