  Personally I think the disable of the end game is fine but the 3 second stun is just too short. It will still be fine if you leave it at the 5 second stun as it still promotes the idea of not focusing out 1 survivor. Getting rid of the late option is perfectly reasonable but the shorter cool down just means it will be weaker over all during the times in which it would be used i.e early and mid ga
