Freddy is such a top tier no skill required killer that when I get the dream chaser ritual, which I don't even know how to get the dream chaser counter because every time I play freddy I get it on my first try, I immediately trash it for anything else, bc I am not interested in owning a bunch of survivors with an op killer. So generally everyone seems to agree that gens get done too fast, and that ruin is annoying as hell pre-nerf. How about something like this? As basekit, all generators progress 20% slower for the first 90 seconds of the match? Then the slowdown goes away. Make ruin do something else entirely. Played my first match with the hags new halloween cosmetic (actually im using halloween body, prestige bloody claw, and the head from her last cosmetic where shes got that horn headress) and I had pretty bad frame skipping when i would chase survivors, it was so bad it made me miss a couple of times.
