• Why can’t I link my psn account to behaviour even though I never linked it before?

so as the question says why can’t I linked psn and no I never linked it before. Behaviour won’t help at all they just say we can’t give you the email used even though again I never linked my psn to a behaviour account. I’m venting because I would love to switch over to pc but I don’t want to start from scratch.
