• Party creation failed

  I've noticed a lot of people having this issue where you go to play as survivor and it says party creation failed, I've tried everything I can think of to fix it, 2 and a half months I've been having this issue, I'm on xbox 1 so does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it? I've contacted dbd and they sent me a list of steps I've already tried :(
