• Rank down in-game despite being at 16?

  I haven't been able to play all that much that my rank's gotten down quite a lot, and due to the servers being absolute trash and throwing me out of matches it de-ranked me even more? How is this possible being rank 16? I'm suddenly back at 18 without even doing anything just because of killers disconnecting - what's even going on anymore? Fair enough if I don't get any points from 15 and on but
