  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Movement speed being affected negatively, MMR being worse. PLATFORM: PC I’ve noticed after the update for the Houndmaster, all survivor characters feel unusually very heavy & slower than usual, characters take half a second to actually accelerate in speed as if they have ice on their feet. MMR is also extremely off, getting pro killers, and beginner teammates. Out of 2
