• Why do I have killer quests in my tome for killers I don't own?

This just seems unfair and a money grab. I don't have the Spirit and I don't have shards for her. How exactly are we supposed to do those missions? And, if they are there because "some people own them" that's definitively unfair. Also these Tome Quests make the game a toxic soup anyway and a grind fest.
