  Ok it's a little complicated so just stay with me here. To start, the Death Angel has an increased base movement speed, I was thinking anywhere from 135-150%. But there is alot to counteract this. For one, the Death Angel is blind, and thus can see the terrain just fine (for balancing purposes) but can only see survivors when they make noise.
