  I've posted and reported this before, but it hasn't been fixed and it's ridiculous and annoying, sooo I'm making a new one. After taking my attempt and successfully unhooking myself, it showed I was on death hook...Which was extra nice because the killer tunneled me right off the hook (waited out the BT as all tunnelers do) and because of this recurrent bug of 2+ years, I died right away. Fixx

  Cleansing a totem is not activating Inner Healing. Happening to me at least once per match...

• Losing shards when players disconnect

  Xbox Platform - When a player disconnects before getting into a match, we escape automatically...but I lose a shard...every..time. This has been happening for about 2 months..
