  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: i was playing the plague on lery's memorial instituute and picked up a downed survivor. another survivor came for a flashlight save and my screen and sound queues indicated i had been blinded, but i was still holding the survivor. the perks i had equipped were corrupt intervention, no way out, infectious fright, and deadlock and add ons were the iri seal and purple amulet.
