  It's just a stupid mechanic. I just had a game where a Claudette brought a key and I immediatly focused her and after 6 overall hooks and 1 killed survivor I had her killed in the basement. 4 gens were left. Then someone sneaked down there to retrieve the key so I notice Dwight with a Key this time so I focus him down. I let him bleed on the ground to look for the last remaining survivor. I mana
