• PC (Steam) - Massive FPS Drops When Moving Mouse

  I've tried just about everything to fix this using information regarding this problem that I found online. Ran game as an administrator, adjusted polling rate in mouse software down to 125 hz, tried a different mouse (Razer Deathadder, then Logitech Superlight 2), followed the instructions in this video , tried reinstalling, verifying files, all drivers and windows are updated to the latest vers
