• please help me i just want to play this game

  so after i finished a match with my friend. the game kicked me off of the lobby and i went back to the main menu and it said that there was a unknown error. so i tried to join my friends lobby and when i was there she said she couldn't see me. so i closed out the app and joined her again but this time i couldn't see that she was ready up and it just kept doing that so basically i cant play surviv
