• vsync capping my fps even if i try to uncap it

  so after the update my fps was capped at 62 and could not go higher so i looked around a bit and manged to find a post that explained how to fix it (this one https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/372712/is-anyone-able-to-uncap-their-fps-after-update-6-7-0#latest ) now for some reason even when bUseVSync is set to false it still caps it at 75 now while my monitor can only go to 75
