  This has probably been speculated a thousand times, as I used to think about this but never discussed it. However with the new release of Pyramid Head, I pondered a bit. So to cut to the chase, Pyramidboi can get flashed. Even though you know, his face is covered.. I think this is because you are in actuality playing as the entity, looking through the "eyes" of the killer. This is confirmed with

• A start to fix Hex Totems in general..?

  Other implications can be put into place for Ruin and such but I think it'd be a great idea to make ALL totems look identical, including Dull Totems and Hex Totems.. possibly give them a new look as well (a dark void of the entity type look).. It could help with your Hex Totems getting absolutely ass blasted within the first 2 minutes of the match whilst slowing the game down a bit, taking time f
