  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Friends till the End not working even though it was active. I was Playing as Vecna on Shelter Woods and was using the perk. When I hooked Nancy it activated, exposing Nea. When I hit her with the perk active however, she didn't go into the dying state, but instead was injured. It could have been a network issue on my end, but a couple matches before this happened while I was
