  help me please.. i dont really understand why im banned? i dont use any soft!! i never use it! unban my account please admins! and I had submitted ticket support they wont help me.. support says i use soft or third party lol i never use please dont close here i need help!! BTW WHY I CAN PLAY ONLY KILLER?, BAN SURVIVOR?? i cant play survivor.. its ban why?.. its actually working on KILLER
