  Problem with the character Demogorgon. It's missing from my available characters and I need to buy it again. I have contacted support and was asked if I bought it with cells or DLC, I said cells and never got a response again. Can someone tell me how fast support responds to such issues ? And has anyone had the same issue ? Thank you.
