• Judith's Tombstone item not proc'ing

I tried using the tombstone at first with an ebony mori but that didn't work. I then thought, "Maybe you can't stack them?". The next match I just made the hooks closer. But alas, I could not seemingly get it to give me the option to insta kill. It was as if I was playing normally but instead, I made it a hard mode as the amount of evil needed to get to Evil Within III was still vastly increased
