  -This perk leave you have better % chances of take the item you choose it in your perk. You can swap the item you wish with a "specific hotkey" every time you swap or open a chest the perk gets CD and automatically changes to another diferent wish. -The stats for every lv could be: 70%,80%,90% and for CD: 160,140,120.
