• Can I still get old archive outfits? (Claudette Morel - Lab intern outfit)

I've read online that I can only get this by completing the tome 1 challenges. I've beaten the tome but I still don't have the outfit, do I need to do the killer challenges too or did I just miss the time period to get the outfit?
