• Hatch not spawning?

  Hi, I recently played a game as killer in which i think the hatch just did not spawn at all. For more context, i had 3 kills and was looking for the hatch, just like the last survivor. Maybe 10 minutes of walking around the map i was tired and looked for the survivor. I found them, downed them, picked them up and walked around while carrying them. Another maybe 10 minutes later i dropped them so
