  Unique ability- For the Unique ability is the ability to hypnotize/warp the mind of victims like in the legends. Another thing with the legends is that people that saw him started seeing things move and hallucinate so maybe if you looked at him for too long while his ability was active you would get a status effect lasting for about a minute that can be reset by looking at him for that set time f
