  It does far more harm than good with people killing themselves on hook at the start every few games on solo-q. If you have deliverance by all means use deliverance keep that option. The only perk it really kills is slippery meat. And nobody uses slippery meat. For the people that DC at the start.   Hello all, in this new era of slow med kits and sloppy butcher, I think this combo has decent weight as long as one person is running it in a team of 4. Thoughts? Its been effective for me so far.
